Kim Carbone

As a Fractional CFO, she leverages over two decades of experience across Fortune 500s, private equity–backed firms, and global consumer brands to drive value creation through disciplined execution and operational excellence. Her expertise spans complex restructurings and turnarounds, internal controls, and performance management, ERP implementations across diverse sectors, including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing. Prior to Iron Clad Consulting, Kim held senior finance positions at Highline United, Kernel Season’s, Russian Standard Vodka, L’Oréal USA, and Diageo North America. In these roles, she gained deep knowledge in scaling operations, M&A integration, and ERP implementations to sustain rapid growth. Kim holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Bentley University.
