As Financial Technology Lead, Nicklaus leads Ironclad’s information technology function and works closely with executive leadership to shape the firm’s technology strategy.

His work spans platform and security engineering, technology infrastructure, identity and access management, software development, systems integration, and IT operations. He oversees cybersecurity initiatives and the implementation of security controls while remaining actively involved in the design, development, and operation of Ironclad’s technology.

With a background in software engineering and technology entrepreneurship, Nicklaus focuses on building secure, reliable systems that solve practical business problems and support Ironclad’s continued growth.
